> Out of Stock- these are item that are currently out of our inventory. In most cases, we will restock sold out items, except for limited production or edition items. Please send us an email (aashop_hk@yahoo.com.hk) for any restocking inquery.
>If you would like to find a product that not list in our shop, we can also help you to find it, please send details information (such as the photo, description) and we will quote the price for you if we find this item, deposit is required for this kind of items

To get the gift certificate, you can login your account, at the section "My Rewards", click "Redeem", under the gift certificate that you would like to get, click the redeem button under it.

> To View the gift certificate, Click "My Account", under "Gift Certificate", click "View Details", you can view a list of gift certificate, each gift certificate is given a code

> How To apply the gift certificate?

When you view the shipping cart, at the bottom, you can see there is a text box beside "Apply Cupon", you can enter the code of gift certificate to purchase the item

About Pre-order items
> These are future release item that we can offer to you at a great rate, the release date is also listed in each Pre-order items

Return and refund
> We provide 30 days return policy
- if product has factory defects, missing parts
- if products does not meet item description
> All return items must be in good condition with all original accessories &packing
> Defect or damage of the product caused by accidence, negligence,misuse,odification,improper voltage,unauthorized repair or alteration will not be protected by the money back guaranteed.
> Refunds will NOT include shipping and handling cost and custer should pay the cost of return shipping
